the Bristol stool form scale
All the way through to “type 7” on the Bristol Stool Form Scale- a recognised medical chart used to classify and describe changes in human bowel habits, this is certainly not an animation for the faint hearted! From sausages to snakes and pellets to post-kebab toilet nightmares, we get a run down, quite literally, of what’s normal and what’s, quite frankly, a little bit loose…

I recently attended a training on bowel and learned of the Bristol Stool Scale. This video further illustrated the subject in a visual manner. I will be using this video site in future trainings that I present. Excellent.

Superb! If only everyone else thought poo was as important as it really is, we might get some better treatments for type 1/2 and 6/7. (Apart from altering your kebab-eating, of course.)
